hey everyone with the new bc this is what i did
i replaced the jar and config put mybrutes names the delay and changed the reconnect
and when i try to open my bc bat it just opens and then closes whats going on ?
please i need help i carnt figure it out?

This is probably not your config.xml. At least works for me. Something else was messed up.

Select the DOS window
ALT+PrintScrn keys
open MSPaint
CTRL+V keys
save the file
upload it to the Forum

Did you keep the directory structure of the BC archive when you have extracted BC to a directory?
This means, you should have two foldes 'data' and 'lib' with subfolders, etc:

If you still get a problem I would rather take the latest full BC package, then keep only your config.xml file, data folder and all other files you have modified.

BC: yes. But this takes 1 minute. Be sure to save before all files you have modified. But before that you should check what I wrote above in my previous post.

1) Did you check you got all files and directories as from my previous screenshot?
2) If yes, to make a new BC installation first backup your sensitive files (config + database + anything else you would eventually have modified like name.js or gfx.js), download the latest BC full package and replace the sensitive files. All explanations on the use of the different files are given in the main BC release topic (that was rewritten).

That's ok. the ".." just indicates the parent directory.
So you have to make a fresh BC. Refer to the main BC release topic.
