How much can a brute suck?

"100mk2" is now LV23 and has still not won a (Desert Batterer) tournament. He hasn't come close to winning a tournament.

Today, he lost his first round match to a LV16:

It's because you took all those weapons, it's your own fault. You don't need all those. Also it's a lot harder to win padawan/DB tourneys cuz of all the other high levels.

I wish we could have a private tournament here of our worst brutes to truly determine who is THE WORST

here is my worst guy (who I have bothered to level up.... there are plenty lower level that are worse but I abandoned them)

He was the 1st brute I ever made in muxxu
I have been playing him... how many months and months now? Every day. He is still only padawan lvl 23. That's how much he loses.

Well, I already chose Herculean Strength and Feline Agility, and gave him at least 2-3 +2/+3 Endurances, as well as a number of other +1/+2/+3 stat upgrades. He has a lot of weapons but I guess that's his destiny.

Ironically, he was first to level up from Padawan->DB, beating out his cellmate by nearly a week's worth of training. But I didn't think his Padawan destiny was that good, so I chose "New Destiny." Big mistake. He would have been decent (at least Ripper or Thumper level by now) if I had stuck with the old one, because in retrospect it wasn't THAT bad.

Now LV 25 and still hasn't advanced. I chose Sang-Chaud over +3 Agility.

Maybe at this rate he might make the quarterfinals by LV 50! Yay! Very Happy

Sang chaud is definitely a good skill, makes you always take the lead in the first part of the matches

Yup. I've been training this brute (as a Desert Batterer) since mid-April. He's been stuck at this rank for over 100 days now.

And IIRC Bumps was his first weapon, so he either had to take it or lose every match not having a weapon at all.

I agree that Bumps is one of the worst weapons without Perseverant. Accuracy is awful.
