Checked a bit more in depth at level 100.

Out of all 999'999 brutes in the game there are only 397 brutes that have more than 90 strength (highest is 103).
But if you consider brutes that have more than 90 strength and full second row + implacable + master of arms + martial arts then there is only... your brute...!

So indeed, a nice handmade pick.
