the seeds has to be changed for each round. Or otherwise as the players get fewer in the upcoming rounds, they can predict their results ahead of time.
ie. players will get fewer in the next couple of rounds. if we keep using the same seeds. users wont have to wait for me to announce the pairings. he/she would just have to simulate the fights against all other players in the pool using that seed number. he can predict who will win the tourny by himself.

Heh.. that person would have to have alot of free time.
If there are 32 remaining and then they would have to do over 3,900 fights if the pairings are random after each round. If you're using a bracket, ladder system where the next opponents could be predicted then changing the seed per round would be less predictable.

Ladder system is a system where you know in advance of who will fight who based on outcome.
Are you using a bracket, or are the tourney fights randomized per round?
