by the Time i made this Banner Bic was NR1 in COM,and if a Banner shall include a Character in it, one of Sioc´s must be in it ofcourse because of my new car
and back then Dice was not the owner of VM or the other one which i can´t remember whom he is

but this is now a very Good Point for the hole contest. if we are to choose a Banner which include some characters in it (COM brutes only IMO) maybe the winner could replace the Characters with a siutable ones we all choose in a Poll or such... for example the ugly Borgs

back to topic , i am a little bit disapointed that no one till now actualy did make a new Banner since last contest with both creativity and good Graphic Skills.
in all Banners there is always one missing

These are the same banners from last run. I just hope that it isn't an ugly one the most voted like it turned out to be on the first attempt

erm... Why is banner #4 suddenly getting that many more votes as imo it doesn't look artistically that much superior to the other ones?

I may add, just for warning because what now happens is pretty obvious, that this contest will be under the sign of fairness regarding artistic value
This means that if, for some reason, we discover that some votes are given not based on artistic considerations but, for example, on a directive given by someone, all these votes will be deleted and blacklisted. Unnecessary to designate anyone at the moment, I guess if you are reading this you know if you are concerned or not.
Unlike for the previous contest where we have shown some tolerance, for this one there will be no tolerance at all regarding this kind of behaviour.
This is just a warning giving some of you the chance to have a bit of time in order to incognito correct your attitude. Then we will act.

Let the entry with highest artistic value win.

Well I'd say that lies in the eye of the beholder.

Like in the first competition I like #4 the most, because of the colours used plus the mixture of the shown famous brutes.

To each his own I'd say but definitely you shouldn't compare #4 with the ugly one from the first voting!

Don't worry, entry #4 will stay here in the contest. Thanks again for your contribution. And yes, I do understand it gets votes based on its intrinsic artistic value. It is a nice banner and one of the few ones with a different font for forum title.

That's at a different level I plan to act in case of abuses.

first i have nothing against Banner Nr4.
And i have no worry about the fairness this time because the rules are just "Just" this time

and i just thought of a rule we could/should have had from the beginning:

- only Members who voted in "Round 1" are allowed to vote in "Rount 2" with only one exception of the 2 groups: "Veterans" and "VIPs".

this way we could solve the problem of some members wo will be awakened by some owners of a certain Banner after 1 year of staying offline.

And just for Info: Nr4 has 2 Votes from the same Person with multiple accounts.

Only problem is that most Forum members who are abusing already voted for the first round.
But don't worry, I know exactly who are the guilty Forum members and if they don't act by themselves I will do it for them in a maybe less pleasant manner.

Cleaned up the votes that were in infringement with contest rule #6.

If a vote was deleted it means the user was blacklisted for the contest and any future vote from this user will be deleted. Warning was given and consequences were explained.
In case of disagreement, I am open to explanations per PM on why I was wrong.
