No, this means that you have a static IP and cannot make pupils that give you xp, you can use PupilCommander .... but nothing will happen Twisted Evil

You can train your db if you have one, but only ~150 pups per server per day.

if you have a static ip you can train pupils like I Fail At MyBrute said but you cannot make them
