New solution for fixed IP

Hi I find logiel which allows connection to an Internet line from a computer other countries.
To start, download Tor: https://www.torproject.org/ download / download.html.fr
When you download, double click it, choose the destination, Extract
Open the folder you just extracted and click Start Tor Browser
Tor connects:

Choose the IP of your choice.

A browser opens the link put your gross, make your xp and here is the number of its foix you want.

Ps: If its bug is normal because it is American or other ip .....

I looked. Seems to be legit. Proxy stuff it appears.

I tried it some time ago, but it was rather slow...
There are many VPN-services out there which the same result, but if you want a good speed you have to pay money Bear

I know it's not going fast but it goes faster if you use a proxy by Mozilla Wink
