Of course with no surprise it seems that userscripts.org is down and Oontack tools cannot be downloaded anymore from there.
You may download the files here: http://www.filedropper.com/oontacktools
I haven't been using it for years therefore I have no idea if it is still working with the newer browser versions (there was already issues with Firefox 4 back then, Firefox 3 was the only browser on which is was fully working).
