rankup destiny change

Hello, I just ranked up and I don't want to change my destiny.
I was a ninja and I liked it. However, before I knew I would become a ninja I got the Strong Arm skill (which was useless for me).
My questions are:
1: Does same destiny mean I get excatly the same skill options when I lvl up?
2: What if I choose something else instead of Strong Arm, will it change my future skills as well, or no?
In other words: does the destiny remain the same as long as I keep choosing exactly the same skills and stats when I lvl up? or it doesn't really matter what I choose.

it does matter. only when you choose exactly the same path you'll get the same offers.
