GREAT NEWS I got the Brutal Combo bot up and running. Only problem is that it says there are not enough opponents for level 1. I have 6 opponents in the opponents file though. Do you know what the problem is?

Are they level 0's?

They need to be .... and check them .... a lot of them have been getting levelled recently ....

They are level 0 brutes though. Another problem is that the bot is not resetting my IP. I guess that means the reconnect.im file will not work as a reconnecting tool.

How do you have to restart it normally? Can you go to it's ip address and start it through a web browser?

For the bot, you need a .exe or .bat or IP reset software to make it work and get pupils with EXP.

Well there are multiple ways I can restart my router. I can use the reconnect.im file i created through iMacros or I can restart my router manually.

Can you send me your .im file and I will see if I can convert it another type of file in a different coding language.

Okay, I finally gave in and tried this thing. Was waiting to get more familiarized with everything, and actually for my 'Perfect' Brute...the thing about limited IPs scared me.

I have two connections, one cable and my spare on DSL. ADSL is only $10, since I got a slow connection at my new location and after going through tech help, told them I was gonna cancel; they then offered to lower it to $10 :)

Since my ADSL is directly connected by modem, I've been doing just ipconfig in a cmd window for new IPs. So those router resetters don't work.

Not knowledgable about this and reading those sample scripts not making sense,
I tried a simple batch:

ipconfig /renew

And what do you know, it works. Few minutes of setup, copy pasting enemy lists from these threads (Thanks Guys), and it's now making pupils as we speak :)

But I feel that this batch file is not optimized. From doing it manually earlier, I sometimes get the same IP back. Is there a way to ensure an IP change?

Also reluctant to use my main cable connection, since it's torrenting 24/7. But if I get over enthused about this, ya never know. Anyone doing this with a Linksys router with DD-WRT?

You have to acknowledge that from time to time you might get repeated IPs likely due to the assignment made by the DHCP server at your ISP.
