Well, you need the entire contents of the BC folder x 2. (Including the .JAR file) Except in the "combats" version, I have no permanent data folder. You don't have java "in the folder" with it. Java is a runtime installation/language/package .... not just a standalone program like BC. But you can have as many instances of BC on one PC as you like. Although I can't think why you would ever want more than two? Unless you ran a third for just creating ones with fancy GFX I suppose? You could do it all with one install as well .... and just move data folders around/keep copies etc. I just find it easier to have two instances of BC .... for all the space it takes up it's not really a big deal. I guess you can only run one at a time ..... I've never tried to actually run two instances at the same time. I can't see that working.

how to fix this? Is your data folder in place/correctly named? That first error means it couldn't find your database .....

| if u open your config.xml there is a line with:
<bean id="gfxGenerator" class="labrute.gfx.JavaScriptGfxGeneratorImpl"> <property name="sourceFile" value="GFX.js" />
If i write there a gfx, does this make custombrutes then?
or how do i make custombrutes with xp on mass?

or how do i make custombrutes with xp on mass? When you use BC to make individual brutes, paste the graphics code where it asks. If they make XP, BC should store it in it's data to level later. Though if set password (which you should), it doesn't level them when first created even though it shows it. So I'm unsure if it actually levels them later. This is from using RC2. Made these two brutes using BC: http://oontack.fr/brutes/combats/index.php?brute_1=Dark+Dominion&langue_1=mybrute&langue_2=mybrute&brute_2=Angelus+Amo&niveau_1=123&niveau_2=123&seed=568513

I want, that the pupils look like one of my gfx brutes... Aah, I understand. Didn't think anyone would want a name that's similar to rolling their face on the keyboard - mansi wrote:

Sure, they made it easy to do now. That GFX.js randomizes the looks of the pupil sent to their servers. It's worth reading the comments to tell which part of the graphics does what. Since it's new, is that the change that broke BC before? Or just to make it easy for us to modify for own purposes?Anyways, edit GFX.js and delete/comment out the randomizer lines and set the gfx variable to whatever you like. For example, I used your brute's looks: Now all my pupils look like yours. JK, going to default back to the random originals With addition of the external Name.js, can configure how randomized the names are too. But I believe there is a limit on similar names, around 40-50 from when I made them manually. Unless you do it a certain way like I seen from one of the top level brutes. Feel free to give Stsin-VI some pupils

| Just depends how big the IP pool your ISP gives you is.
Some are huge .... others not.
It also depends how many other people in the same pool as you are running brute bots! I know a lot of the German guys are running out of IP's now. Probably because quite a lot of the top brutes seem to be German run and a lot of them having been using bots for a long time now .... many of them were running browser based bots/scripts before Brutal Combo came along.

| Hm u mean that by Brutal Combo there is not such a problem since its not using a browser or wot? Is it true that mybrute lets you make a new pupil after a couple of days from the same ip? :) | |

| There were a load of patches and updates at the weekend.
At the end of it all, you need to be running Brutal Combo v1.2.01 with the latest version of Flash Player.
If you have both of those, and it still isn't working, then something isn't set up correctly.
