one of my brutes went to the finals but didnt won... still got 5 exp points! nice.

I won a tournament with my other brute, but I didn't get any EXP from it. How do I gain EXP?

yab, when you're sent back to lvl 1 after winning, I'd also expect to be given a headstart by getting 5 points for winning, but noooo, they figured since all n00bs at the next rank are equal anyway (in terms of reaching the next rank), why give them all a bonus 5 points to start? you start from scratch and the only reward you get for winning is your new rank!

Oh ok. The first time I won, it didn't get EXP either, but I thought I read somewhere that someone got XP for winning. Now that I think about it, I think they said 5 XP for losing the finals as some sort of consolation prize.

PS - It would be nice if they gave some sort of XP prize though for winning as well.

yeah, I'd like it too, so we could advance in levels faster after being kicked back to lvl 1, but hey, what do we know, right? 2 steps forward, 2 steps back and one step sideways

one of my muxxu brutes got three xp for making it to the semi-finals, seems kind of random how the xp is awarded for tourneys. I think the first quarter final I made I got one point, had another brute make the quarter final yesterday and not get anything.

I've been observing, and has been said before, you get no points for the first round. I have gained one point for the second, and two points for the third. I've had none go to the semis only, so your experience says 3 points for semi, and I didn't pay attention the first time I made it to the finals and lost, but someone else said it was 5 points. whether it's five or four, I don't know, but I've never seen a brute go past the first round and not get points. the key is you have to quit the tournament to get those points. if you lose in the tournament but don't quit before the fights reset at midnight France time, that may affect whether or not you get the points. perhaps someone will be able to find that one out soon enough...

if one of my sucky brutes gets to where it would earn at least one point in the tourney, perhaps I'll leave it in until tomorrow to see.

@ GOML, I have one brute, me mum, sitting in a tournament and lost in round two. so, she is owed one point, but I will leave her in the tournament until after the fights reset to see if I can still claim my point.
