Brutal combo problem!!

Yesterday i left brutal combo working and my pc stopped for a electrical shutdown at home!
And when I restarted it, my brutal combo database got an error and it cant show any brutes and has an error message "data/db not found!"
help please! any tips on how to fix this???
BTW its the new german version combo, fortnately it did not have many pupils in the database but still its very annoying for me! help plz

Sad to say, but your database is corrupt.
Had this a few times.
Happens when BC is shut down exactly at the time it is writing to the DB.

Nothing you can do I fear.
You have to use a backup of your database.

No, it doesn't.

NixxxoN's problem was related to an Apache database problem.

BC doesn't need to work in order to deal with this problem: the database can be read with Squirrel and such (and even BC in its current state should be able to read the database because it doesn't need internet access to read the DB).

Anyway due to the reset I guess the loss of this DE database isn't a big deal now.
