[RELEASE]Brutal Combo v1.2.01 (COM/ES/FR)

Is it just me, or are combats not working at the moment with BC? None of my created pupils are fighting.

maxx, I don't what "router control" would be, unless you're saying there is no reconnect command for your router. there are other ways to do things, even if that's the case, like resetting your local LAN. did you do some modification to the bc data? even one error in the config file can make that happen. try reinstalling those files and see if it runs after that.

rounter control is a program for router connecting and recconecting.....

After a few hours of running my bot, it says "ERROR null". What does that mean and how can I fix it or get rid of it?

Nope, that is the only problem/error/warning I get now. If only I could make it go away, maybe I could pupil for a full 22 hours...

is there anyway to make my combats run at an earlier time?

i understand there must be a 24 hr gap before you can do it again, but i ran my combats at 12am+ the first time i ran the combats and i can only run the fights past 12am.

Just quit BC, push your date and time up in control panel, and then try running the combats. That usually works...

but make sure it's a copy of the data that you're doing it too, or you'll be forced to push the date forward farther every time after that. putting it forward on a copy and then deleting the copy preserves the "last fight time" on the original file, and after a day, assuming you are not creating more pupils, you will not have to move your date forward any more.

example:

pc date @ 10 Dec on original data, no fights | change date to 12 Dec = fights ok, return to 10 Dec after fights because 10 Dec is the actual date.

the next day, pcdate @11 Dec, but data date is still 12 Dec because you did not use a copy, so no fights are run until you move your pc date to the 13th.

get the idea?

or, as many have said, make a copy of the data and run the copy through fights:


pc date @ 10 Dec on original data, no fights | change date to 12 Dec and use copy for fights = fights ok, return to 10 Dec after fights because 10 Dec is the actual date, and delete copy.

the next day, pcdate @11 Dec, but original data data is still @ 10 Dec because you did not run fights on the original data, just a copy, so all fights are run without moving your pc date forward.

An alternative way to change the date of BC-Database is to do it with Squirrel.
You can change the date by a SQL-Statement.
e.g.

Code:

UPDATE Brutes SET Date = '2009-12-09'

This set's the date to the 9th december 2009

maxx, from what I see the only error you need to focus on is in the beginning of your provided code, and it means you made an erroneus modification to your config.xml. so, get a fresh config.xml from a bc archive (the update, not the original ) and input the domain, master, password, reconnect file, and IPchecker you were using before. if this is your first time, then you'll need to go back to the second or third page of this thread and check in the instructions for an example of the proper way to till out the config file.

I've been doing it the hard way when I want to change the date in a data, and just recreate the whole thing

Is there a way to get more than 20k pupils in a DB folder? that seems to be around the max for most of my folders...

not sure why yours hits that limit yabo

Yes, because I'have got a big DB with ~60k pupils and 3 DB's with ~50k pupils and I train them every day
And the way is to merge them, I have done all my big ones this way,
but perhaps there is a limit in BC.

Trying to run my BC on my mac so I can at least train my pupils faster, but I get this message when I am trying to run the .jar file...
