The dog is a long-term investment. You'll be happy to have it in the future. Stats other than agility, especially strength are the best thing for you, because your brute is not balanced enough. A couple more points in speed would not be a luxury either. Wink

I would say that you must buy a minimum of 10 MTPass, unless you won one. I should be able to win one soon thanks to studioquizz. You can have some free jetons from studioquizz, carapass and naturalchimie (never tried this one). But why do you want to buy a MTPass and not directly jetons ?

If I recall correctly, one MTPass gets you 100 jetons. I have 5 left over, so 105 jetons would get me exactly 7 days of extra fights. So I guess you can buy a bunch of them and then sell the codes or use them yourself. Someone posted a link to a site where they sell codes. But no way am I coughing up 15 euros for 10 of them.

Thanks, Rico, I'll probably take you up on that in a moment. Why? PunchDrunk got contre.

Now, by itself contre isn't that great. But as everyone knows, contre + bouclier is an awesome combo and many top brutes are built around that alone. So if PunchDrunk finds bouclier, he'll instantly become perhaps the best brute in the game. Kitty will never beat him again! But let's face it, many brutes get contre and don't have bouclier, I've had a few myself. So as we say in the country, don't count your chickens before they're hatched.

Nonetheless, it does put a bit of anticipation back into play with this brute who has been stuck in a rut for a while.

I don't count anymore how many times I have "choqued" a shield or kicked Rush's ass. I feel that Noemie's 36 in strength is low against Kitty. Otherwise, it's harder to have contre than shield.

, punchy should be able to counter after dodging , but not as much as if he would have the shield.
DOOM counter after dodging most the time (even after her Shield got disarmed)
one thing i noticed with DOOM, she never counter after dodging the Flail or stone hammer (could be all heavy weapons)

the beautiful part with punchy is his weapons set. he has 2 of the easieast blockable weapons in the game (along with the whip for his renforts too) and this could help him a bit against thiefs wether counter after dodging or even blocking with his bare hands.

Next level: Lance vs. +3 Endurance. I took the endurance, of course.

Next level will be in 3 days of jeton-fueled training. That'll leave me with 3 more days to get through that level if necessary.

Not much to report here, I need 15 fights to get to the next level tomorrow. There's a possibility I might not make it -- lost to MissCAT today for the first time ever, almost twice, two losses to Mohican, and it's getting tougher to get past some others. Punch is stuck with the same thing he always has at upper levels, when everybody else keeps getting better but he's hit some sort of ceiling. He hasn't had an agility boost since level 22, no strength since Herc at 24. His three new additions -- cri, chien, and contre -- are really minor boosts at best and his only stat increases have been in endurance. Nothing wrong with endurance, it actually helps him a lot, but it's an incremental boost. Hoping for a new level tomorrow and either a major stat boost (force/agilite) or any decent skill. Unlikely to take any weapon but leek or mug.

Perfectly fine for me. Yeah, Mohican beat my Kitty last time but now that I have 6 in agi, he'll know hell. Twisted Evil

Missscat is an easy match. My thoughest opponents are Truque/Rush/Ludo/Brocliande. I'm one of the few lucky people in LB. Untouch is fun but it's not powerful enough on my Kitty to do all the work.

But it still saves me sometimes when I'm in a pinch^^.

and btw by getting the LEEK or Mug you would make some Thiefs very happy fighting punchy considering that he cant disarm them at all Sad

Rico is right, you always have to consider thiefs before choosing a new weapon. Having your own leek against you would be stupid. You'd rather take a flail.

Now Punchy can disarm with vandalism. I guess he really wanted to have a punching contest with Kitty^^.

It's all the contrary, I deal more damages with my bare fists and it is more accurate than all my weapons except the knife^^.

Yup, PunchDrunk got Vandalisme and it's okay, but it's not a major boost. Against brutes without MA it's great, but I've lost a ton of fights since taking it. Against Kitty, it's true, she attacks more often for more damage with bare hands. Only fought her once I think but I lost. Chuck has sang-chaud so he usually gets his leek out before I can vandalize it. This is another 5% skill, it's not going to be a factor in most fights except, say, if I can pop Kemkem's whip or get rid of Nex's good weapons. If it were choc, or tete-de-fer, it would be a much bigger boost, but I don't think it's going to hurt me either.

PunchDrunk has used all his jetons except 15, good for one more round of extra fights, and I probably won't use it for a long time or unless I have a real good reason. And considering that yesterday I got 5 fights on the day it might be a good long time before I level up again. I didn't even see Kitty today, or yesterday either.

Six fights yesterday -- I don't think I've made 10 fights all week. Nothing but red boxes in my cell, everyone seems to be using PunchDrunk as a punching bag. It's not much fun, and I don't see it improving anytime soon. I know, I'm always whining and complaining about this brute that's ranked #23 in the game and has these elite skills and stats. But it's clear I don't have the luck of Tama or Chym to get all the right bonuses. Vandalisme is weak, contre is weak, cry is weak, dog is weak, and now my stats are weak too. It'll take at least another three days to reach level 32 and unless I get something really good there I may give up entirely.

Well I must say that I've got some other brutes in the account that are fun, and I'm having a blast in Kingdom, so if I'm still playing in that muxxu account I'll probably keep playing PunchDrunk. But damn this game is boring without a tournament!! I've let my renforts gain his next rank, so the next few days will be even harder for training, but c'est la vie.
